How much is your time worth?  As a professional painting contractor, we already have the staff, experience, equipment and tools to complete your project quickly and efficiently.

2.) What is the best paint?

Since all paint manufacturers produce multiple grades of paint, you will find the performance of their top level materials generally equivalent to one another.  There are exceptions.  Keep in mind that preparation and use of the correct materials for the situation is as equally important.  Since the majority of cost associated with your project will be for labor it is almost always advisable to use higher grade materials.

No!  Estimates provide for all materials from major manufacturers such as Benjamin Moore, McCormicks and Sherwin Williams.  If you have a specific manufacturer you would like us to use that's not a problem, just let us know.  If we have any concerns with your request we will let you know.

With todays Acrylic (water base), LOW and NO VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) paints, odor has been greatly reduced.  Some Alkyd (oil base) or Alcohol base paints and primers produce very strong odor initially, dissipating over time as they dry.
